A 12 month van lease is a fixed one-year commercial vehicle agreement. We don't currently hold stock on a fixed 12 month van contract — our short-term van fleet runs on 6 month fixed terms or on rolling van subscriptions with no fixed end date. A 12 month term can still be quoted on request, and in practice a van subscription usually gives a better outcome over a year: the monthly cost is comparable, maintenance is included, and you keep the option to hand the van back on 5 working days' notice instead of being tied to a twelve-month commitment. Everything we can currently supply is listed below.

If a twelve-month commitment is specifically what you need, ask us and we'll quote it — it's arranged rather than held in stock, so lead times run longer than the 3 to 5 working days an in-stock van can be delivered in. If what you actually want is a van for about a year with the freedom to stop, a van subscription is almost always the better answer.

Monthly payment
Fixed for the whole term, and includes road tax, warranty and breakdown cover. Maintenance is optional rather than standard.
Initial payment
A larger first payment, quoted as a multiple of the monthly rental — rental paid up front, not a deposit.
Refundable deposit
May be required. Subject to status; the amount is set by the underwriters.
Delivery
In-stock vehicles dispatched from Derby, York or Leeds in as little as 3–5 working days from signed order and payment.
Miles per month
Short-term agreements quote mileage monthly. Over 12 months, 1,500 miles a month gives you 18,000 miles.

For most businesses wanting a van for around a year, a van subscription is the better answer. The monthly cost is comparable to a fixed twelve-month contract, maintenance is included as standard, and you can return the van on 5 working days' notice rather than being locked in for the full year — subject to availability and blackout periods. Keep it until the van reaches three years old if it continues to suit you.

Because that's what we can actually supply on a fixed term. We'd rather show the real fleet with the real contract lengths on it than leave this page empty or list vans we can't deliver. Each listing states its own contract length.

Road tax for the whole term, the manufacturer's warranty and breakdown cover with commercial recovery. Maintenance isn't automatic on a fixed short-term lease — it's an option on most agreements, and your quote will state clearly whether it's included. Insurance and fuel or electricity stay with you, along with any racking or signwriting you add.

Not all of it — some is in stock, some is pre-order, and each listing tells you which. In-stock vehicles carry a green In stock badge and typically arrive in 3 to 5 working days from a signed order and payment, sooner with credit already sorted. Pre-order stock runs on the supplying fleet's own timetable instead. In-stock vehicles surface first, or filter to just those using the Availability filter. Since this changes daily, hit Refresh for the current picture.

Usually, if the vehicle's still available. Raise it four to six weeks before the end date rather than the final fortnight — that gives us room to either extend or line up a suitable replacement.
