We confirm it's still available and quote
Within office hours, usually the same working day. Stock moves, so this confirmation matters. You get the monthly figure, the initial payment and any refundable deposit in writing.
Underwriting
A refundable deposit may be required; this is subject to status and the amount is set by the underwriters. If a credit line is already in place this step can be almost immediate.
Order form signed and payment cleared
This is the point the clock starts. The 3 to 5 working days run from here, not from your first enquiry.
Preparation and delivery
The vehicle is prepared in Derby, York or Leeds and delivered to your address. We agree a slot with you rather than simply turning up.
