Why Geely works on a short contract
Most UK drivers do not know the name Geely, though they know the companies it owns: Volvo, Polestar and part of Lotus. The Starray is its UK push, arriving as a plug-in hybrid SUV with far more electric-only range than buyers got used to a few years ago. Long electric range, a low benefit-in-kind rate, and petrol on hand for the longer trip is a strong business case. A short contract is the sensible way to try an unfamiliar name — if it does not convince you, you hand it back rather than owning the resale risk.

On most of our short-term agreements, yes — servicing, routine maintenance, road fund licence, manufacturer warranty and breakdown assistance. Tyres are included on some agreements and optional on others; your quote will state which.
In-stock vehicles — generally carrying a GL or GPC supplier reference — can be delivered in as little as 3 to 5 working days from a signed order form and payment, sooner still where a credit line is already in place. Pre-order vehicles depend on the supplying fleet's schedule, and we'll always give you the honest lead time before you commit.
